JoAnn has extensive knowledge of many different cities, neighborhoods, and throughout Connecticut. Her area of expertise lies in the appraisal of Residential properties. She has over 35 years of experience as an appraiser who is put to work on no matter residential property types, including properties such as condominiums, multi-families, various High custom homes, single-family, Antique, and unique properties.

With her extensive knowledge & background as a Real Estate Agent, JoAnn understands the market as well as her clients' needs. She loves to work with Buyers and Sellers alike! JoAnn is also fluent in French.

JoAnn has been a Member of the Board of REALTORS® since 1997 and a Member of the Waterbury Chamber of Commerce since 2014, as well as being a Past Board Member for 10 years, of the Salvation Army.
