About Katie Spencer

Katie’s lifelong passion for real estate is what drove her to pursue a career in the industry. Having grown up with family in the business and through her endeavors, she has the drive and background to guide you through your home transactions.

As a native of Irvington, New York, Katie has been actively involved in the Westchester community through education, service, and frequent involvement at community events. Katie is well-versed in all things Westchester: from the Hudson River to the Long Island Sound. Having tracked the local markets for years, she has a sharp eye for unique opportunities. Her firsthand experience in the area gives her a perspective that serves her customers’ best interests.

As a teenager, Katie secured her NYS Salesperson License to gain early entry to the industry. Doing so at a young age has allowed Katie to gain valuable knowledge and practical insights. At the same time, Katie is pursuing a course of study at Penn State University, which will culminate in a degree in Finance, a certificate in Real Estate Analysis and Development, and a minor in Spanish language. As a student of the industry, Katie delves into research to bring her customers the most current information and strategies suited to the market conditions.

Most recently, Katie has been executing real estate transactions in New York City’s post-pandemic market, acting as a liaison between clients, landlords, and brokers to schedule and manage appointments, tour clients, and vet and send rental applications. Working as a Summer Real Estate Intern and Rental Specialist for an experienced team at Compass NYC in 2022 helped Katie develop her skills navigating the ever-changing market, managing rental client volume, and planning and launching marketing campaigns, which will positively impact her customers' experience.

Katie’s customers benefit from her work in the hospitality, finance, and sustainability fields. She is an energetic, committed professional who is motivated to solve any problems that come her way.
