About Thomas J. Garvin

Tom is a highly motivated sales professional, with over 20 years’ experience, representing the products and services of industry leaders. During this time, he earned a reputation for his excellent sales presentations, work ethic, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Before joining Giner Realty, Tom began his real estate career in 2013, working for two of the largest property management companies in New York and the Northeast. With his focus on sales and marketing, he represented Westchester’s premier luxury rental property. A key to his success was his ability to determine the needs and wants of his clients, and to provide them with comprehensive solutions.

In addition to his professional experience, and as a lifelong resident of Westchester, Tom has a vast knowledge and feel for the local communities, towns and surrounding counties, including Fairfield County, Connecticut.
